Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt .
Refunds will be issued within 10 working days after we have received and inspected the returned items.

Can I exchange an item?
A direct exchange is not currently possible. Please return the item and then place a new order.
What should I do if I have received a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact our customer service department with photos of the item and the packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.
Shipping & Delivery
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany is free , unless otherwise stated on the product page.

How long does delivery take?
The average delivery time is 7–14 working days after shipment.
Please note that occasional delays may occur during periods of high demand or on public holidays.
How quickly will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped.

We deliver within Germany .
Additional delivery countries will be displayed at checkout , if available.
How can I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number .
Shipment tracking is usually active within 2-3 days .
Alternatively, you can also view your order via our "Track Order" page.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible .
Cancellation or changes are possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna, PayPal and Apple Pay .
Do you offer payment in installments?
Yes, flexible installment payments are possible via Klarna .
What happens if my payment fails:
If your payment was unsuccessful, the order will not be completed.
You can restart the purchase process and choose a different payment method.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details immediately after placing your order.
How do I redeem a discount code?
Enter the code in the "Discount Code" field during the ordering process.
The discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount.
